-Led a team of six full-time employees and approximately 70 student interns in order to plan, produce, and execute over 200 athletic events a year for live entertainment, web streaming, and social media content for 20 athletic programs across six venues. -Successfully transitioned CBU Lancers brand from a NCAA Division II Learfield Cup champion program to a NCAA Division I program. -Opened the state-of-the art 5,000 seat CBU Events Center in 2017 and implemented best practices for live game shows.-Create strategy to incorporate online, social media, television, and outdoor advertising to raise the profile of the CBU Athletics program in the greater Inland Empire, and nationally.

-Transitioned Ontario Reign logo and branding in 2015, balancing new ownership’s vision with the traditions built over the previous 7 seasons in the ECHL.-Interfaced on a regular basis with team’s top partners to ensure accurate activation of corporate programs. Invented new corporate inventory for partnerships with private businesses and local charities in order to build impactful programs that promote local enterprise and community service.-Oversaw all game-day entertainment, game-day staffing (over 40 part-time employees), video production, in-arena artwork, fan experiences and fan events including signature season ticket member experiences and a variety of community partners.-Strategized with outside marketing partners to create effective print and digital advertisements for local papers, digital billboards, and online web strategy.-Supervised team social media accounts and enacted social media growth strategy.
