Here's a summary of what I have accomplished in this role:Created fully functional, hosted prototypes that are used both internally and in external demos to showcase InMoment’s analytics capabilities.Work with engineering teams to incorporate Data Science into all aspects of InMoment’s products.Created Machine Learning models that are used to accurately predict survey responses based on a survey comment.Created web apps using ReactJs and ElasticsSearch that benchmarks brands geographically and is able to identify the performance gaps between a brand and competitors.Prototyped methods of automatically sorting and labeling survey comments. These labels can then be used for faceted search.Used Machine Learning to allow users to create ad-hoc keyword labels and automatically suggest keywords to be added as terms.Created a search prototype using ElasticSearch that resulted in InMoment switching to ElasticSearch for it’s search Database. This change improved search times by up to 80%

Built production grade models to categorize the millions of customer experience comments collected each year.Created a chatbot that is used in survey collection that increased average comment length by 40%.Worked with world class organizations such as Nike, E-Trade and Amazon to create custom categorization solutions.Performed periodic analyses of client comments and presented important insights directly to the client which helped them make key business decisions. Used Machine Learning techniques to automate large portions of the categorization model creation, saving hundreds of hours each year.
