To lead the newly formed Cordant projects team by delivering exceptional projects and growing the division in line with Cordant Group objectives Cordant Projects specialised in Cat B Fit out, with the construction operations headed up by myself. SPIE Facilities Services (formerly HOCHTIEF Facilities Management) Project:Delivery of Hard and Soft FM services to 19 PFI schools in the Kirklees area, a PPP1 initiative that also included Projects in Manchester, Salford, Liverpool and Wirral. The portfolio covered Building Schools of the Future BSF, new build and refurbished primary and secondary schools. Scope:Health and Safety accountability. Provision of PPM and Reactive Maintenance. Project management of Variations and Additional works. Preparation and review of Budgets including Forecasting and P&L Reporting.Client and stakeholder interface - SPV, Local Authority, School Colleagues.
