Package management to programme, workmanship and quality with accountability for budget. Management of works from pre-tender to completion, commissioning and handover including snagging and defects period. Supervision of works on site, putting men to work, liaising with contractorsEstablishing and Maintaining relationships with clients and supply chainInteraction with key Stakeholders, facilitating community initiatives, site tours and educational visits. Expertise: Internal finishing trades Exposure: Procurement Routes and Construction Methodologies, including in-situ concrete frame and steel frame construction projects. Also DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) utilising a pre cast concrete frame. Walkden High School was Laing O'Rourke's flagship DfMA project and the first out of their new manufacturing facility in Worksop.
