Vincent Tortoriello founded and is co owner of Enforsys, Inc. where he was the domain expert in designing an integrated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, a Records Management System (RMS) and a mobile reporting system for police agencies anywhere in the world. Enforsys is responsible for over 150 installs in the State of New Jersey and an additional 500 agencies in 14 other States with other public safety products. Additionally Enforsys is responsible for the largest data sharing initiative in the United States to date with its new I3 information sharing for law enforcement product line. Vincent Tortoriello served on the Roseland Police Department with honor for 24 years receiving numerous awards for exemplary service. While a member of the Roseland Police Department Vincent Tortoriello returned to college and received his Bachelors, Masters and PHD in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology while working as a full time police officer. Vincent Tortoriello spent over 5 years conducting full time research in the laboratory at Stevens, re introducing new safety protocols for the lab and calibrating all lab equipment during 5 years of experimentation in the area of bioreactor design and bio conversions.
