I was in charge of Production Unit of Railways undertaking Production & Repair of Signalling & Telecom Equipment. Main Product manufactured are Axle Counter, Electrical Lifting Barrier, transformer, signal Unit, Mechanical fitting of Signalling Equipment, Overhauling & Repair of Relays. I have been entrusted with a job to revive the sick unit & diversify the product being manufacture along with motivation of large competent workforce. Within a short span of 8 months all the losses (of 9 crore) were wiped off. Turnover increased from 14 crore in 12-13 to 35 crore in 14-15, highest in the history of workshop. I was overall in charge for maintainance of vast network of Signalling & telecom gears including 3 Electronic Interlocking, 79 Relay based Interlocking, Auxiliary Warning System, Large No of AFTC, Axle Counter, OFC network, CCTV Surveillance, Public Information System in mumbai suburban system

I was incharge for maintenance of signalling and communication system. It consists of relay interlocking, large junction stations, automatic signalling, auxiliary warning system, train management system, OFC based communication, a big network of IP based exchanges, electronic surveillance system. Total traffic handled is approx 1800 suburban, long distance and freight traffic.
