 Hands on experience in Electronic CAD software tools: Mentor Graphics XDX Designer, OrCAD, Altium and Allegro. Hands on experience in Electronics simulation tools: LTspice, MATLAB Simulink. Experience in defining project functional requirements, Schematic entry in CAD tools, modify existing hardware, component selection and BOM preparation. Experience in microcontroller, Sensors, Digital, Analog circuits and Power electronics design. Communication Protocols used: UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, GSM, LoRa. Hands on experience in using Test & Measurement tools: Oscilloscope, AC/DC Power Supply unit, Multimeter, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Analyzer, Soldering station etc. Electronics lab level Prototyping, Board bring up, Testing, trouble shooting and debugging of Electronics Circuits, Proof of concept proto development, component selection, assembly and soldering in Electronics lab. Prepare and develop hardware technical and project documentation. Interaction with customers and stakeholders to obtain the inputs during the development. Experience in Hardware test and validation requirement. Knowledge on value engineering to optimize the design, managing component obsolescence. Work with cross functional teams like System, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, SI and PI. Coordinating with PCB manufacturing and PCBA team. Knowledge on EMI-EMC compliance tests, product testing and qualification standards. Experience in handling field issues (FTB), RRCA and problem solving.
