CurrentResponsibilities: • Managing a team of 4 recruiters.• Driving the team aggressively towards targets, number filling, setting weekly targets for the team.• Load Balancing amongst the team by Load vs potential against each recruiter.• Back up building practice.• Driving the team to deliver >90% of requirements through low cost channels.• Leading the hiring efforts for Telecom and Media & Entertainment Technologies and other verticals.• Leadership Hiring• Run different campaigns in collaboration with Linkedin and referral programs for Niche skills.• Coach team members on Linkedin Sourcing strategies.• Cost: Targeting LinkedIn to fill technology indents in order to effectively increase the “Zero cost channel”.• Business interaction: Regular meetings with HR Head and Business Vertical Leaders to review and understand workforce plans.• Publish status reports and dashboards to Business Leadership team on weekly basis.• Delivered >90% of Technology requirements through LinkedIn and Job Portals.• Appointing new manpower consultants and liaise with existing vendors to handle sourcing & hiring activities, to deliver against target of 100% Fill rate.
