Its an end to end support to the GE group specially to the Aviation ; Oil & Gas ; Power Distribution teams.LTO certified at Genpact India -I was responsible to maintain the critical information of the above listed company and do needful T.Shooting when they had issues with there network etc.T.shooting includes the S/W and H/W for the GE employees. Mostly taking control of there computers.

RE - Resolution Expert. This is a basic t.shooting for US based customers of Dell. This comprise of Client and Enterprise products.
