Started as a Maintenance Section In charge and moved up the ladder to an Electrical HOD. During this tenure, I essayed a key role in formulating & executing preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance strategies and schedules to enhance availability, utilization & efficiency. Enhanced cost efficiency by optimizing R&M cost and deftly managing inventory of spares. Significantly contributed in electrical and instrumentation design and commissioning of caustic concentration plant.
