Claims Tracking: 24th March 2010 to 14th September 2010The process being entirely B2B, I was required to call the Insurance Companies in the USA and get the status of the claims as per the work queue. My responsibility was to accurately acquire and update the status of the claims so as the Doctors as well as the Patients got the real time information on their claims.Denials Management: 14th September 2010 to 28th February 2012.Being in the denials management team, I was responsible to manage all the claims that have had been rejected by the insurance companies. My responsibility was to analyze all the documents attached to the claim provided by the insurance companies, doctors and patients and as per the conclusion, was supposed to take the needful actions. Also, when the information available was not satisfactory or unclear, I was supposed to call the insurance company and get additional information and request further actions.
