Operations:•Managing Imports, Exports & domestic Operations of Bangalore Branch and its satellite Offices of Mangalore, Trivandrum & Cochin. •Support Business Development Managers by attending meetings with clients and providing operational information/Presentation as required.•Ensuring first class quality of customer service and operational processes to maximize the smooth and efficient running of each office.•Ensuring regular checking of systems for Realtime updation and identify problems that need to be actioned within TAT.•Continually research, investigate and explore the best (quickest and most cost-effective) routes through Op-STAR, standard flights & OAG and alert customer services officers of these.•Regularly Monitoring Packaging Inventories position and placing orders for required stock on time.
