Responsible for Packaging material development, Purchase Order creation of PM & RM, Mould rectification.(Reporting – Production Plant Head)Packaging Development:• Responsible for complete packaging development of various cosmetics packaging material like Plastics container, Monocarton, Corrugated box, laminate.• Key initiative of revision of packaging material specifications and BOM (bill of materials), releasing KLDs and approval of artworks.• Initiated rectification of mould with help of supplier to minimize the rejection in packaging material of cosmetics. (Liquid & Powder Kumkum, Kajal, Nail Polish, etc.)• Vendor development with financial negotiation for various labels, cartons & corrugated boxes.• Additional responsibility of Purchase Orders of PM & RM to respective supplier & ensure the timely delivery of the same.• Ensured best quality of packaging material and query handling.

Responsible for online approval for printing, punching & dispatch of leaflet & duplex carton.(Reporting – Head QC & QA)Packaging Printing:• Online approval of literature & Cartons – Pharma & FMCG.• Learned quality assurance process for dispatch of Packaging Material with proper COA.• Gained knowledge industrial of offset printing, Plate making, Blanket making process, Punch making.
