Invoicing & forecasting for the project.• Responsible for assisting Engagement managers and delivery managers in handling program levels issues, change request and risks management, and ensuring that the project management processes are up to date at a Team Level.• Responsible for bringing new regions into our support team along with additional contractual activities.• Involved in Implementation of different capabilities like Project Product Planning (WBS), Reporting and Metrics, Resource Management, and Communications.• Preparing weekly & monthly project status reports for all regions. Maintaining all project information in dashboard. • Analyzing, validating the reports and preparing recommendations as required, managing project finance and ensure Budget Accuracy. Project planning, time and cost estimation, monitoring and control, calculating variances, and ensuring Demand Vs Supply for the program/project.• Responsible for tracking and monitoring progress of project office as well as coordinate delivery dates, and generate, update and improve project strategies and methodologies.• Setting up the project management process and providing process knowledge to the EM, DM and team, and Involved in resource On-Boarding activities.• Client interaction, building strong relationship with the client appropriately to engage the client at every stage in the project life cycle and providing them requested training (e.g. on Clarity, OWB)• Maintain the project documents in data repositories like team forge

• Working as a PMO, coordinating with PM and helping the project perform smoothly.• Internal MIS reporting, recruiting for projects from bench.• Create project, tasks in MS-Project & add resources to the tasks• Dashboard reporting, Excelcius reporting & DSR reporting.• Provide supervision and guidance to the PM, project coordinator, administrator, and business analysis staff.• Maintain risk & issue log. Also maintain the continuous service improvement log• Creating presentations in PowerPoint & visio.• Identify needs and allocate the appropriate resources to meet timely completion• of specific project tasks.• Conducting the joiner & leaver’s process for the resources joining or leaving the project respectively.• Maintain the project related documents in sharepoint 2000.• Lead and coordinate project update meetings, and documents project status and Issues.• PCS Tools Trained on: Abacus, Abacus Capacity Planning Tool, Excel, E procurement, DART, PMR, Daily Incident Reporting and MSPS (Basics).
