• Handling End-to-End recruitment process for IT clients; includes process right from sourcing to taking care of joining formalities.• Responsible for handling Contract requirements, contact to hire, placements of IT professionals for clients.• Coordinating with Clients for Requirements and other details.Follow up with the daily basis to know the interview results/status.• Understanding and analyzing the client requirements assigned by Managers/Team Leads as per technology platform and specific IT skills.• Direct sourcing, Phone screening, interviews, coordinating with Team Lead• Maintain and build rapport with active and passive candidates.• Carrying out the reference check of the selected candidate.• Organizing Telephonic & Face to face interviews.• Negotiating salaries and pay rates with candidates.• Keeping the consultant and his employer posted with the feedback from the Team lead • Maintain an efficient database of skills, experience, preferences etc which would help reduce process time for second call and successfully deliver recruitment requirements in lesser in time.• Maintain accurate and well ordered documentation on all candidates, searchers, hiring manager’s interaction and other recruiting activities to ensure and safe through audit if required.• Preparing daily MIS reports• Getting Requirements on a regular basis (mid & senior level).• Coordinating and meeting (if required) with HR .• Feedback & follow-up on a regular basis.• Try to get maximum closures done by regular follow-up
