Executive Officer - Scm Warehouse
CurrentResponsible for Warehouse (Stores) activities : -• Maintaining all the Records of store like Incoming, Out going, Dispatch etc. in Movex / M3 / ERP system.• Follow and enforce all Company Policies and Established Procedures in the store operations. • Promote and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner. • Managing a team of over 25 staff, including Operator & staff executors. • Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure store is clean adequately stocked, organized, and well kept• Storage and preservation of material as per fixed and flexible location and according to the layout of stores• Issue of Raw Material & Misc. items to Concerned Department.• Maintaining the Re-Order Level for Critical Materials & consumables.• Control on slow moving/ dead stock item and prepare the report and inform to management• Arranging E Way bill & related documents to ensure smooth dispatches of Finished goods. • Enforce all Safety and Security Issues and report all unsafe conditions.
