 Handling preshipping part of orders placed by customers in oneship business mode of Snapdeal. Responsible to align courier partners to pick all shipments ready to dispatch from 35 Snapdeal oneship centres placed all over India. Courier Partners dealing with: Go-Javas, Bluedart, Ecom Express, Xpresssbees, Fedex, Speed Post. Handling a team of 4 Executive’s to coordinate with Centres & Couriers to resolve escalations & execute smooth operations.

 Responsible for all day Operations of store. Handling over 40000 sq ft of retail space.  Achieve sales targets of Mobile, laptop, Desktop, LED’s, Accessories, Gaming Hardware, Connection, Data card etc. Ensure proper recording of stocked inward & outward, stock sold or transferred to another location. Handle customer complaints/ issue effectively. Monitor the display of merchandise to highlight the non moving item and ensuring proper product display and positioning.  Identify areas of improvement and developed and implemented training schedules. Ensure all staff is fully trained on product knowledge. Responsible to ensure that Store works as per the Company guidelines and within deadlines. Ensure effective communication of issues between stores, line management, HR, Finance and support departments.  Lead the team of 3 Category Manager and 50 sales executive. Responsible to make in time requisition for the stock before its shortage. Execute the physical inspection of product and study of quality problem. Coordinate with marketing team in implementing new schemes, tie-ups & policy roll outs from time to time. Monitor execution of sales promotion campaign, display/ merchandising plan in the stores, new product launches & events.

 Achieving Sales Targets. Maintain the Stock Movement Register. It includes opening stock, inward, outward, goods return and closing balance. Prepare a fast moving and slow moving item report with the help of stock movement register. Be Ensure that all the Products are having right barcodes, price tags and Sensor Tags.  Be Ensure that Display should be proper and it should be as per gondola capacity. Proper attention against the Sales Targets. Proper attention on Product display. All registers including staff attendance, Gate entry and exit registers, to be checked and all problems and discrepancies discussed and clarified to the manager. Daily meetings with the Sales staff on the following points like Review of Targets, Appreciation of those who have done well. Stock Take has to be done if physical and computer stock variation is more than 5%. Requirement should be made as per the ROL level. Coordinate with the EDP manager and knowing all the schemes prevailing in the floor and it should also be highlighted properly.
