Technically competent Mechanical Engineer, with more than 21 years of work exposure in the areas of Construction, Material Management, Quantity Control, Quality Control, Progress monitor, Planning and Facilities Management . Currently spearheading efforts with RAK Properties (RAK-UAE) as Assistant Project Manager. Responsible to successfully plan, manage, execute, complete and handover multiple MEP projects related to Infrastructure, large hotel projects, high rise towers, and other commercial facilities. The key responsibilities include ensure timely completion of project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety using internal staff, as well as Contractors and Consultants.
