Department wise deputationsJune -2016 to till date Confirmation & Position Reconciliation Jan -2016 to May -2016 Citi Integration Project ( SS&C acquired Hedge fund services) Jan -2015 to Jan- 2016 OTC settlements & Cash ReconciliationMajor responsibility Confirmation /Documentation & Position Reconciliation • Handle the operational process of determining and confirming derivative trade terms and regulation with other professional counterparty.• Confirming trades on DTCC and MW after checking all economic details.• Ensure all derivatives transaction confirm to the term laid down by regulatory body and organizational Polices.• Reviewing trade confirmation for OTC derivatives trades, including rates (IRS), credit (CDS), equity, Commodity, FX Derivatives and Option.• Responsible for data flow management and quality control to ensure all investment data was processed properly into downstream system.• Performing daily check for investment statement with counterparty and raising discrepancies. • Preparing monthly MIS, Break sheet for client call and Reconciliation monthly sign off.Project: Markitwire Integration UAT testingIntegration Project (SS&C acquired Hedge fund services)• Worked with implementation team to map the client data into required field• Discussing issue with internal team & account manager in UK• Understanding the client business, product and their process requirements with the help of migration teamOTC settlements & Cash Reconciliation• Responsible for settling trades with various investment bank on or before given value date.• In case of discrepancy in the settlement amount reviewing the economic details and counter checking with counterparty.• Resolving trade discrepancies using DTCC/Markitwire /Trade recap• Preparing wire for agreed amounts.• Investigation of non-receipt of funds and non-payment by prime broker• Performing cash reconciliation of different funds on daily basis and monthly sign off.

•Analyzing Earning estimate data received in Equity research report from different broker.•Analyzing income statement, cash flow and balance sheet data like EPS, Revenue, Ebitda, Net debt, CFPS and dividend, updating this data into computerised portfolio management system (CPMS).•In case of data variation comparing data with the company annual report and other broker estimate.•Analyzing US Gaap and Non-Gaap Financial Data, adjusted & reported.•Analyzing and updating profit warning flag in computerised portfolio management system (CPMS) and informing the same to company operation team•Applying corporate action if broker has not taken the effect and informing the same.•Ensuring maximum authentic data to be updated in CPMS application
