Receive statements of accounts from Vendors.Checking statements and requesting missing invoice copies.Processing all invoices that are assigned, within the required Turnaround Time. Sending invoices for approval.Posting invoices (Production and Non-Production).Creation of Purchase orders (PO), making a Goods entry/receipt and service entry/receipt in the system based on certification of invoices from the location.Matching invoices with IR (Invoice Receipt) and PO(Purchase Order).Responsible for processing the invoices to be paid to the vendors within the Specified time.Achieve the SLA and TAT as per the client's requirements.
