During my tenure as Asst. General Manager at Jaina Marketing & Associates, I orchestrated the efforts of a dynamic team spanning various management tiers, leading to substantial growth and success. A pivotal aspect of my role involved spearheading the recruitment of new Super Stockists & Distributors, resulting in a remarkable threefold increase in revenue within a short span. Guiding our operations across the southern region, we consistently delivered impressive sales figures.
