To manage all the warehousing activities with help of my subordinates. Handling team of 10 which includes 2 supervisors and 1 Data entry Operators excluding labors. Handling all type of FMCG products like Home Appliances, House Hold things, Detergents & Cleaners, Cosmetics, Dairy Products, Cat buries Garments, Grocery & Oils, and White Good etc. Put away compounds in proper location as Category wise like fast moving, slow moving & none moving.Coordinating with Sales team for inward details & dispatches.Looking after Inventory, Inbound – Outbound activity.MIGO, Clam enters, Billing done in SAP ERP system.Dispatch Planning, Vehicle planning & Placement.Maintaining all types of administrative record related to Warehousing.Responsible for issue of materials with maintaining FIFO.Ensure implementation of fortnightly & monthly inventory report to management.Storage, Preservation, Packaging of Materials, Preparing barcode for new Packing Units MSU (Metro Seal Unit)Monthly inventory count and cross verify with system.Space Utilization, Maintain FIFO. Preparing daily and monthly reports in excel related warehousing activity like MIS, Preparing Daily stock Sheet for dispatches , Inventory aging Report, Vehicle Tracking, Purchase Register like that.Saiyog Enterprise (Garment) (Alok Industries Job Work Company), (Warehouse) Bhiwandi; Mentored a team of 1 data entry operator & labor. Handled the stock of the handset & made a daily stock report and send mail to the Warehouse manager.Maintained manual & computerized stock of the inward & outward, stock record, checked stock physically & tallying with computer.Doing inward & outward entriesPrepared the daily delivery challan & forwarded challans for transport.
