My whole career can be summarized in two words- Value and Values. i.e. Nurturing Core Values as a Value Catalyst and adding value to others as a Consultant & Business Analyst. In other words, my passion is to empathize with people and help them- whether they are my friends & colleagues, my clients or others. In my current role as a Value Catalyst and Global Program Manager with Office of Values & Culture at UST I report to Chief Values Officer (CVO). I am responsible for conceptualizing and managing different global strategic initiatives to ‘sustain- strengthen- scale organizational values & culture at UST. My passion at work includes organizational behavior, employee engagement, CSR, and empathetic problem-solving. • I have 14 years of industry experience playing multiple roles such as Sr Business Analyst, Business Consultant, in India and the USA. • I am also passionate about guiding and mentoring young talents, participated in recruitment drives in campuses across India, and also delivered trainings and talks in numerous events/conferences.• A Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) -trained and certified by Jeff Sutherland (Co-Inventor of Scrum) and also Certified Scrum Master (CSM)• My interests outside work, include event management, playing violin (Carnatic), and musical whistling. I also hold group records from Guinness, Asia, India and Limca - in Group Musical Whistling.• I did Engineering in Computer Science from M.G. University, Kerala (India).
