This initiative aimed to empower 1 million women across select states, including Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Haryana, and Delhi, by enhancing their skills and providing practical interventions to foster entrepreneurship and employment opportunities. In my role, I served as an individual consultant, specializing in value chain development and market linkage support for farmer institutions, including cooperatives, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO/FPCs), and women-led enterprises.
