People often inquire, "What is VSC?" Allow me to share a brief narrative about what VSC represents.Originating from a humble Indian household where agriculture and small-scale businesses prevailed, I witnessed firsthand the struggle of family members and community leaders, devoting substantial time to liaise with lawyers, consultants, and accountants for their business needs. This diversion often hindered their ability to fully focus on their core operations. Contemplating this scenario, I pondered, "Why not establish a platform where business owners can excel in their expertise while entrusting the rest to us?" Thus, the concept of VSC was conceived. Yet, mere conceptualization wasn't sufficient.Upon completing my education in Jaipur and achieving the status of a Chartered Accountant, many suggested pursuing a lucrative career in a renowned corporation. However, my aspiration was to foster a platform benefiting others. Hence, I chose the arduous path of entrepreneurship, inaugurating my own firm. Yet, it soon became apparent that accounting alone couldn't meet the comprehensive needs of businesses. In 1999, alongside a partner, we inaugurated Vinod Singhal & Co.Despite concerted efforts, we acknowledged a persistent need for a unified platform offering diverse services. Consequently, VSC was established with the commitment to deliver quality solutions to a specific niche.Guided by divine providence and tireless endeavors, we have assembled a team of kindred spirits, extending our outreach globally. Our mission is to collaborate as growth partners, instituting holistic divisions to cater to burgeoning demands transparently. As the Founder & Chairperson of VSC Group, I lead a diversified and dynamic group of companies that provide business and management consulting services, agriculture and allied industries, infrastructure and finance, and innovation in different fields. I have been in this role for over 32 years, applying my skills and credentials as a Chartered Accountant and a Law graduate to create value for our clients and stakeholders.My core competencies include strategic leadership, new business procurement, business networking, and process improvement. I am passionate about designing and implementing solutions that strengthen controls, enhance efficiency, and optimize performance for various verticals. I am also committed to contributing to the social and economic development of the communities we serve, through philanthropy and social responsibility initiatives.
