Vinod was an integral part of two successful exits that resulted in these companies getting acquired and was part of the leadership team that successfully completed a complex large-scale M&A between McKesson, Blackstone, and Change Healthcare.Until recently, Vinod was the Chief Data and Product Development Officer at Syapse. Prior to Syapse, he was VP of Federal Technologies and Cloud Operations at McKesson where he was responsible for best-in-class service for constituents across healthcare to exchange information securely to provide improved care. Before that, Vinod was the VP of Service Reliability Engineering and Cloud Operations at Saba (now Cornerstone OnDemand) where he was leading the company charter in driving product adoption, top-line growth, and the company’s platform reliability and user experience.Vinod holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Madras and an MBA from California Coast University.
