I have been fortunate to handle projects as Site engineer for contractors, worked as contractor followed by vast experience of 32 years in teaching and training. Rendered Project management consultancy services for projects of state government, housing societies, charitable trusts and corporates for last 25 years.Areas of operations are engineering, teaching, training , consultancy and research. Member on ACI USA, ASCE USA, IE(I), Honorary Director on BOD of ICACI. Honoured professional by Builders' Association of India , Mumbai centre for taking out of box initiatives for designing and delivering finishing school for professional development of fresh civil engineers. Nov 2006.Presently preoccupied with last leg of research work on "Redevelopment of Buildings in Mumbai" in part time mode. Co-authored five modules for working professionals under CEP scheme by All India Council for Technical Education. New Delhi.Networked with construction , consulting and manufacturing firms related to civil engineering and construction. Presented and published 12 plus papers in international conferences. Designed and delivered need-based training programs for GRASIM, BLUE Star and Akruti group. Recently contributed as chief coordinator for MULTITECH 2020 EXHBITION organised by SVKM's Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic on March 2-3, 2020.
