Started the journey of serving humanity by promoting affordable quality and vital formulations to the medical fraternity, moved up the ladder to transfer the skills to a team of young minds eager to make a career and built up successful teams which gave me the opportunity to create more teams in different geographies, While building the teams always had the opportunity to work in areas many dared not to go because of past history of performance which gave me the equanimity to accept failure as part of the journey but persistence in process implementation which allowed flexibility of creativity resulted in measurable and repeatable results under all circumstances.The challenges in transforming the people encouraged the exploration of personal development field, lucky to be under the mentorship of leading pioneer in EIT A&H School of Excellence, which started with the process of experiential personal transformation which further led to the exploration of core somatic integration techniques which eases out the transformation process of an individual rapidly.Combined with the field experience of hard core sales and the fundamental belief of the limitless potential of the human mind, I continue my journey of imparting Personal development to enhance productivity,With the onset of the pandemic when everything shifted to online platform ,shifting the offline methods to the online proved ineffective, So have been trained to give effective presentations using the principles of cognitive science.
