Currently I am working as ‘Manager – Supply Chain’ at Foodimentary India Limited (The Spice Tailor). My responsibilities include leading export import logistics, 3 PL warehouse operations & last mile logistics in India, UK, Australia & Canada. I am also responsible for contract manufacturing in UK & Australia as well as for Inventory management of critical raw materials & packaging materials. I have implemented various cost saving initiatives in the area of ocean exports, import clearance, delivery, warehousing & last mile logistics.

During my career as ‘Supply Chain Analyst’ at Cummins, I led warehouse function with 100000 sq.ft area holding 4000 SKUs worth $15 million by managing 70 people. I was also responsible for developing inventory, logistics & packaging strategy for raw material and exports spare parts business. I also managed outbound logistics (Export Air & Sea shipments) and inbound logistics (Road Transportation). Apart from setting up operations for a new warehouse, I have been able to achieve cost saving through reverse logistics & developing packaging solution.

I have also worked at JSW Ispat as ‘Senior Engineer’ where I managed production & inventory planning. During my tenure at JSW Ispat, I conceptualised fixed Q system for tracking inventory level & replenishing stock and led “Scrap Steel Recycling” project resulting in substantial cost saving.
