This solution helps Indian MNCs transform their global compliances by consolidating from multiple local service providers to a single service provider i.e. KPMG- Integrated Centre of Excellence (ICoE): This was a project to transform the way services are delivered by the Firm across functions. I was part of a core team and was involved right from conceptualizing the idea to launch. Long term objective to set up this initiative was to be ahead of the curve in terms of disruptions in professional service sector with immediate eye on driving efficiency, reduce cost and identify technology levers; Led a workstream of Change Management to drive the adoption of new ways of working across the group of more than 200 Partners & Directors across 10 locations in India- Tax Reimagined: I was also involved in the initial phase of setting up Tax Reimagined services which was conceptualized to transform our tax practice and disrupt internal tax function of our clients. - Delivery Center (DC): Implemented global strategy to set up DC to transform the way services are delivered to our European clients by centralizing services and client touch points. Initial service identified for centralization was Statutory Financial Statements. I was instrumental in developing a strategy to create a win-win scenario for DC, network member firms and clients. Pushed this strategy down to member firms and was successful in onboarding 18 member firms. Pushed this strategy down to member firms and was successful in onboarding 18 member firms. My achievements also include recruiting, training and motivating team members in Budapest, developed SOPs, negotiated commercial aspects with global and local leaders, implemented risk management framework and went live in the 7th month of secondment. Created significant buzz around the new initiative and obtained several positive feedback from member firms- Center of Excellence (CoE): Objective of setting up of CoE was to centralize Pricing function while pitching for global compliance RFPs, centralize transition, manage PMO for our global clients and identify and develop technology solutions to help efficiently deliver global compliance services. I led this initiative as well in addition to leading DC. I was instrumental in developing a CoE playbook, developing risk managed framework, developed a pricing model and worked with global and local leadership to roll out the services to KPMG network - Impact: Both the above initiatives helped position KPMG network very strongly in market and contributed significantly in increasing wins.
