● HANDLING Warehousing & logistics operations to provide proper storage, inventory, FIFO, FEFO and timely delivery of consignments, involving liaising with various regulatory authorities for establishment of Distribution Centers.● Supervise operations to ensure efficiency in all aspects of the customer service delivery cycle.● Mapping client’s requirements and providing them customized, viable and cost effective warehousing and supply chain management solutions.● Identifying and resolving concerns in warehousing, inventory, delivery, billing, service, pricing or operations by interacting with the concerned departments.● Ensuring customer satisfaction and implementing quality service standards.● Acting as a front line interface between the customers, distribution agents & sales & service teams to troubleshoot on unresolved grievances & queries of individual and corporate clients.● Conducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner.● Assists in enforcement of projects handling and schedules.● Takes inputs from supervisors and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.● Develop relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.

• Managing supply chain for movement of distributed goods in warehouse to the manufacturing unit for achievement of targets within specified parameters• Building collaboration with customers, stakeholders, suppliers & key process partners and maintaining high standards of client service keeping in mind quality & service norms to achieve total customer satisfaction and business retention• Knowledge of stock picking , placing , stacking pattern, pallet configuration & loading methods & excise, stock checking & reporting & safety requirements in warehouse operations• Following-up with vendors for timely deliveries, release schedules, quality checks & ensuring timely payments• Identifying & developing potential vendors for achieving cost-effectiveness; assessing performance of the vendors based on various criterions • Evaluating order placement timing, supply, demand alignment & supplier performance• Devising efficient logistics management system & ensuring delivery of goods as per committed timelines & cost• Keeping track of rejection/short receipt of raw material, timely return of rejected material to vendor and timely information to accounts department for deduction• Executing commercial policies like creation of purchase orders, transportation including route mapping, transportation budget, selection, weekly reviews with all transporters with corrective action wherever required• Generating & maintaining invoices and M.I.S. reports such as daily receipt & issue of raw material, damaged raw material details, rejection details, short receipts and pending GR’s, etc.• Key Account Management

• Warehouse and Customer Service Management• Increasing the overall efficiency level of warehousing in terms of dispatches, stock keeping and overall warehouse practices across pan India multi locations.• Conduct periodical physical count of all SKU’s so as to ensure minimal stock differences between system and physical stocks• Rake handling of JSW ISPAT at PEN railway siding • Raw Material Handling• Procurement & Issue Material to respected region • Settlement of accidentals & RTO matters• Freight Negotiation• Documentation• Generating MIS Reports (On time Report and Fill rate report) on monthly basis.• Maintaining Hygiene, Temperature, Stock Stacking, FEFO/FIFO, Inward /Outward goods. • Analyze the cases of stock variance and look to enhance process to mitigate re-occurrence of problems• Product distribution Logistics:• Managing Secondary transportation through reefer vehicles in the South/West region• Shipment planning: by road• Large direct multi-location orders fulfilment• Analysis of Data Logger Report:• Analysis of data logger report to ensure there is no temperature variance in store and in reefer vehicles throughout the journey of the product• Implementation of ISO 22000 Certification:• Quality processes: ISO 22000• Supply Chain IT Systems• Have good exposure to ERP-Ram co, Microsoft NAV & SAP system.
