Responsible for delivering projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule & customer expectations. Doing this whilst supervising, directing & motivating teams of multi-discipline contractors & employees.Duties:• Monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance.• Escalating promptly any issues that may impact operations.• Producing stage plans, highlight reports, risk logs,requests for change etc• Providing strategic direction during the implementation stages.• Managing client expectations by ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service• Acting on client feedback.• Monitoring staff & team performance.

Ensure designs are fit for purpose, within budget and acceptable to the client, Manage several projects simultaneously, using project management skills to carryout tasks in an organized and timely manner, escalating to the team leader or design manager if agreed timescales cannot be met. Competent use of Creo (PTC) for 3D modelling, assemblies and drawings, adhering to design code of practice. Innovate, apply new technologies, and investigate new materials & processes as and when required.

Coordinate the developing work with the other departments within the company as well as the sub contractors or partners (designers).Coordinate with the CAD documentation design team on project detailing and Shop drawing (fitout drawings). Coordination with design and estimation team & ordering of specialist materials with the Procurement Department.The main projects involved during this period • Sofitel Hotel (Mixed Use Development) (5 Star), DubaiThe architectural ID finishes in hotel tower comprises a ground floor, 4 podium levels and 30 additional floors which will offer 435 Guest rooms, 24 lift lobbies and corridors Lobby, Ball room, The interior of level 5 pedestrian bridge linking the hotel rooms to the pool deck All day dining restaurant, Meeting rooms, Grill & Rice Restaurant& VIP restaurant and Spa.• Vida Hotel, Dubai.Refurbishment of 147 rooms & 10 suites, fit out of 3 new restaurants, installation of new glass façade, landscaping works and renovation of swimming pool areas.
