The End Poverty is a newly formed Indian based charitable organisation, it was registered with the main purpose of poverty alleviation in India. The End Poverty has been established with the main objective of socio - economic empowerment of the most disadvantaged groups in India to contribute to their active inclusion in all aspects of their life within their villages so that they may be enabled to strengthen their community development role and contribute to the elimination of poverty within their communities. Project Vision : To form various SHGs and enhance their capacity by training and expose them to new ideas and technology and to provide confidence and mutual support to the beneficiaries striving for social change and self development. Provide a framework for awareness raising, confidence building, dissemination of information and credit linkage to undertake economic activities to increase their income.

Worked with The GEN Initiative as the India Representative. The GEN Initiative is a non-political UK-based charitable organisation. It works with Indian-based voluntary organisations to contribute to the elimination of poverty in rural India. GEN works in some of India’s most disadvantaged villagers to help themselves improve the quality of their lives. The GEN achieves its aims and aspirations in India by supporting reputable, registered and financially viable Indian-registered voluntary organisations that represent the most disadvantaged villagers. The GEN works in Mewat region of India (Haryana and Rajasthan) in collaboration with local partner organization. I was overall in charge of GEN Program in India and my responsibility at GEN included identification of projects in the field of sustainable livelihood creation, raise funds, tie up with local voluntary organization and ensure smooth implementation of the projects.
