Roles & Responsibilities:• Understand projects requirements from time to time.• Raise clarifications (if any) on time to time basis (When we receive new projects, changes/comments on existing projects).• Project estimation from start to completion.• Convert the story board to a live working model based on the requirement (Flash / Rich Media campaign banners, GIF banners (Animated or Static), JPEG banners.• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality output.Starting right from analysis to converting the storyboards to a working model to the time of delivery I ensure to provide a high quality output on the clients projects. Alongside to this I am involved in learning new technologies such as Media Mind & Double click for creating rich media banners, HTML and CSS for doing simple newsletters.

Provide cost-effective solutions based on their requirements. Prepare project documentation for the clients and team helping them to have a clear picture of the campaign flow. Have setup defined rules for common projects helping the team to follow the easy process while working on projects. This helps in short-turn around project-time and cost effectiveness to the client.

Conduct technical tests for team members helping them to look over the web for improving theirs and the teams' skills, thus helping the growth of the organization.
