 Handling software platform MACS-SCADA functionality testing process and collecting WINSCP TCP/IP logs by terminal emulation application using Linux shell commands to update network file transfers between Remote terminal units, Real time servers, LAN switches and Firewalls. Testing the interfaces (ITC) between distributed SCADA package and sub systems including RTDB, HMI, Alarm/ Event system, Redundancy and diagnosis mechanism.  Collecting TCP/IP Logs and troubleshooting with SDS data’s for the sub systems issues of ISCS between Radio Communications (PEC, Live PA, Train Radio Calls, Power and electrical systems (traction and lightings), SIG (ATS – route setting, stalled alarm, train positioning), VSS/ TVSS, TPA, LEDD, TIMS, CCT (train/ ISCS library download). Performing pre commissioning tests, involved system acceptance test (SAT), factory acceptance test (FAT) and system integration test (SIT) along with client representatives (LTA/SMRT) and interface parties with respect to system readiness. Leading Test of all I/O points between third party equipment’s and SCADA systems, SCADA/OCS central management system at OCC, IOCC and Stations. Perform and complete the test specifications, as per the interface control documents (ICD), Interface data documents (IDD) and carrying out all the verification/ validation tests. Capturing and analyzing the data transfer between RTU and different third-party systems through standard industrial protocols like TCP/ IP, Ethernet, Profibus, IEC104, Modbus, etc. using wire shark, network protocol analyzer. Perform test cases for degraded mode analysis of RTU’s, RT Servers, LAN Switches and Firewalls to validate system interfaces from OCC (IOCC), DCC (BDCC). Monitoring and troubleshooting the RTU’s, RTSVR’s, LAN Switches, Firewalls and network functionalities. Configuring the RTU’s MOXA DA-682 A-RTU (Linux Embedded System) by deploying the software releases from offshore team and configures it with all interface system.

Testing & Commissioning Works  Perform testing (cut in works) station equipment’s and involved ATS interface circuits with platform screen doors circuits and override circuits, ESP, protection key switch (TPKS, SPKS), points and relay interlocking (IXL) circuits Option 7 signal circuits migration from legacy to CBTC systems. Perform electrical and mechanical pre/ post installation check out (PICO) for trackside equipment’s Way-Side Radio Unit, PFSE, Antenna’s, Proximity Plates (train alignment test) and Transponder tags. Execution of GoA-4 train testing based on the approved test cases for CBTC ATS/ ATC procedures and method Statements. Person in charge for stages of CBTC train testing, proof of concept area, shadow mode testing, zone testing roll out to verify signal to signal testing, track circuit block occupancy test, TPKS test in DTO mode, PSD obstruction test, VOBC restrictive signal for controlled/ non controlled train on route, Safe braking mode function. Witnessing train testing and preparing reports for Static and Dynamic test for train borne equipment’s are VOBC interface circuits (TDMS, MRU, MPU, PPU, Transponder Interrogator Antenna and TDMS Event Recorder)C1652A-Trackside Installation Works Survey for cable routing and trunking, Planning & Co-ordination for station and trackside CBTC equipment installations of wayside radio unit, power fiber splicing enclosure, transponder tags, PMI, PDP, COC racks, DCS, EVSCP, TPKS and Relay racks. Preparation of work method statement, risk assessments and quality procedures/ reports for station and trackside installation works. QX13-024 Construct transfer birth platform at RT’s of three depots,  QX12-020R Station additional/ alteration work to upgrade to convert non equipment room into house signaling equipment room. Ensure workplace adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures and regulations to supervisors and workers, Conduct toolbox meeting before carrying out of work.

 Inspection, testing and commissioning of 132/ 33KV outdoor transformers (IR test, BDV test, SI/PI test, on/off load tap changer, conservator, bushings), 33 kV Series Reactors, Shunt Capacitor, Insulators. Installation, testing and commissioning of 132/ 33/ 11KV GIS switchgears, Lightning arrestors, Capacitive voltage transformers, Instrument transformers, ACB function test (breakers, Isolators), SSB panel, control panels and maintaining detail reports. Testing and commissioning of 11/0.433 KV distribution transformers of rating 3.15 MVA, 630KVA & 1000KVA Industrial electrification projects. Installation, operation and function test of PMCC panels (LVDB, VCB, ACB, VSD, APFC, DOL starters), UPS tie in functions, conductor sizing calculation and technical specifications. Inspecting and preparing electrical technical documentation, test packs report (Phase sequence test, Winding & Insulation resistance test, Motor rotation test, Fault analysis) of projects with QA/QC.  Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for substation projects to procure material as per site conditions, (Cable, Lightning, Switching, Generators bus bars, bushings, bus bar couplings, earthen materials, steel structures and Transformers) For Project execution and Cost Control Obtain approvals from consultant for electrical materials and Prepare project submittals, Method statements and documents to get approval from main contractor, consultant and client. Ensuring safety at site, conducting toolbox meetings and giving safety training.

 Reporting to the project manager for the latest updating on the drawing submissions, work progress, Monthly Reports, Material Status etc. Preparation of electrical drawings, project schedule, reviews engineering plans and specifications. Prepare project submittals, Method statements and documents to get approval from main contractor, consultant and client. Inspection, testing and commissioning of 33/11 KV outdoor transformers (IR test, BDV test, SI/PI test, on/off load tap changer, conservator, bushings), 33 kV Series Reactors, Shunt Capacitor, Insulators and Ancillary Equipment’s. Installation, operation and function test of PMCC panels (LVDB, VCB, ACB, VSD, APFC, DOL starters), UPS tie in functions, conductor sizing calculation and technical specifications. Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for substation projects to procure material as per site conditions, (Cable, Lightning, Switching, Generators bus bars, bushings, bus bar couplings, earthen materials) for project execution and Cost Control. Preparing electrical documentation and reports of projects with QA.  Preparation of AutoCAD 2D/3D Drawings, BOM tables and Single line diagram for transformer, Lightning and Earthing layouts, cable sizing and installation.
