• Card Issuance handling till delivery and cards maintenance.• Preparation of Reconciliation statements for both MasterCard and VISA accounts.• Preparation and Posting of Financial payment vouchers for MasterCard & VISA.• Uploading daily credit card payments (both international and local) file from bank server and verification of payment file reconciliation on a daily basis.• Handling of Captured Cards Processing and Fee Collection• Reconciliation of Card Payments and coordinating with exchange houses for differences in payments.• Processing and maintenance of Staff, HNI Cards & Accounts. • Handle card maintenance, dispute and Charge backs.• Stock, stationery handling and Record keeping.

• Liasioning with the Bank Officials to create a greater database of the Prospective Clients and there by providing proposals on customized Insurance options.• Identifying and imparting training to Bank Officials on Insurance products to mobilize the Sales, Supervise and Co-ordinate the Sales of the Policy.• Prepare and Present the Sales Illustration to the Prospective Clients and explain the policy details as per Clients Requirement in order to convince him of the worth and value of the Policy.• To prepare suitable Portfolio for banking customers using financial products and to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction, respond to inbound calls and resolved customer queries and solve customer complaints.• Preparing MIS based on customer feedback and market study, recommending changes in Sales Strategy to Zonal Manager and functional reporting to Cluster Head & Product Team.
