Created and maintained Basis DVP (design Validation plan) and Basis FMEA.• Cost and Quality Project Delivery– Successfully scoped, managed, led, and launched into production cost and quality projects while in the Whirlpool Dishwasher Controls team. In 2015, combined project work scoped active a yearly savings of over 1.2 million dollars cost of quality savings (saving an estimated 3000 annual service calls) and over 0.5 million dollar cost saving in progress. Work included troubleshooting regressions, identifying intermittent circuit and system failures, and applying cost effective solutions.Dishwasher harness module lead, Project tracking and management, Supplier interaction, Safety Audit review, Robust Product Design Review, design release, DVPs, FMEA Roadmap creation and governance, GTEC team training and mentorship, knowledge creation, and people development in the Harness space.
