I practice psychotherapy, having trained in CAT (Cognitive Analytic Therapy); and also handle duties as a Counselling Psychologist in helping couples with Marriage and Family Therapy.Work, for me, as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Sampurna Institute of Advance Studies, consists of Counsellor Development through Training, Clinical Supervision and Research Supervision of students, and assisting fellow faculty members. My interests in research span the areas of Counsellor Development, Supervision and Multiculturalism. I am presently pursing Doctoral studies in Counselling Supervision.I conduct trainings and workshops for individuals, groups, families, institutions and corporates on Communication, Stress Management, Team-Building, Relationships, Conflict Resolution and Marriage.I had earlier worked with 1to1help.net, Abouttime (Corporate EAP’s) and at "The Family Doctor" clinic.
