• Act as the primary contact for internal IT support requests.• Responsible for solving issues, driving enhancements, and improving support for all IT related functions on a day-to-day basis.• Manage primary servers for HMS software, Domain Controller, Wi-Fi controller server, File server, Anti-Virus server, Bio-metric/Door Access Controller etc.• Manage ISP (Internet Service Provider) connectivity, Firewall, Switches etc. • Manage HMS software internal issues, raise tickets for unresolved issues, Modules management, User rights management etc.• Maintain Wi-Fi Network for guests and LAN for the Internal Network connectivity throughout the property.• Install & Maintain POS machines, Ordering Tabs, Credit card machines and KOT printers. • Set-up AV for the video conferencing facility. • Create creative posters/pamphlets for the guest on the occasions.• Shoot, Edit, Publish videos for promotions purpose.• Provides software, account support and technical education to end users on computer, mobile devices, and printers.• Troubleshoots Mac, Windows and Linux software and hardware for end users through direct, chat, video conference, email.• Troubleshoots iPhone and Android mobile phones, iPads, and other IT related hardware.• Sets up mobile phone, MDM, email, VPN, and internet access for users via secure company network.• General Network troubleshooting for network connectivity issues, including digital authentication, remote access, secure Wi-Fi and wired connectivity to the internal network.• Educate staffs and new hires on software and technology related procedures to secure a swift onboarding process.• Routine system audits• Organize & Establish deadlines for the major IT deadline project like new process implementation, procurement, upgrades and outages• Managing & reporting IT’s budget allocation.• IT Asset & Inventory management• AMC’s & Vendor Management.• Database Administration• Performing regular security tests and security monitoring.
