The Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) is a program of the Government of Victoria, Australia, to remove 93 level crossings in Melbourne. Due to the successful nature of the level crossings to date, the $18 billion project is being used as a catalyst for transformation in the construction sector, courtesy of a knowledge-sharing and ‘smart search’ tool that could increase opportunities for accessing and reusing knowledge gained from prior works.
