Responsible to monitor QA & QC functions in two plants located inMuscat, Oman.• Plan and allocate the daily shift activities to key subordinatesbased on the production planning.• RO membrane, cartridge filters, UF, ACF, PSF health and performancemonitoring.• Overlook and lead RO membrane, media, filter changing activities.• Performing physiochemical analysis of raw water and product water.• Operate Ion chromatography, Gas Chromatography – MassSpectroscopy.• Closely associated with Regulatory affairs, Product development andLocal legal Compliance and Vendor management.• Provide training to QA personals regarding Water treatmentoperation and food safety.• Work closely with productions facilities and develop the newtechniques & products performance improvement programs byidentifying and eliminating process bottlenecks.• Conducting Internal Audit, Supplier Audit and associating otherInternational audits. (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 22000)• Spearhead Root Cause Analysis and CAPA for defect analysis andsubsequent resolution of complaints.
