 I have been working as an Assistant Manager in Planning & Purchase, Machine Shop since Jan 2011. Planning, scheduling of projects to the clients as per the availability of Tippers and launching of orders in ERP. Sales and Operation planning meeting to know the forecast from sales and exact requirement of Material. As per the business needs Material Requirement Planning (MRP) will be altered to meet the customer needs. As a result of MPS, Project Launchings will be planned and circulated to all the buyers for the Material Planning. Generating the shortage report and taking necessary action with concern Buyers. Coordinating with inter departments to make sure Projects are running as per the Plan Sales Module, Finance, Shop Floor Control, Material and Purchase Module are Linked together in order to fulfill the organizations Requirement. With respect to the customer orders prioritization will be done to achieve the on-time delivery of the product. Updating of BOM in ERP with respect to the Customer needs will be tracked regularly for estimation of the Project with Actuals. Variance in the projects and reason for the same need to be submitted and respective corrective action for the variance to be taken. Analyzing slow moving / non-moving items and taking corrective action  Review and monitor orders for timely delivery of material.
