Current Testing of all the medical equipment like Defibrillators, Patient Monitors, ECG machines, Pulse Oximeter & Contrast delivery system. Analyze, develop, implement & maintain quality testing procedures for all products. Authorize finished products for dispatch after verifying it functionally and aesthetically in the Final Stage. Check for the Configuration of the finished products to meets the requirement. Preparing the DEAD ON DESPATCH (DOD) report if the unit found to be rejected and forwarding to the Production. Initiating the Corrective action for the DOD raised and forwarding the corresponding action taken record to the Management for their remarks. Handling Preventive action plan to be taken on the Process and Product. Maintaining proper documentation as per ISO wherever applicable. Maintaining the DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) report if the unit found to be defective during Installation at customer site. Analyzing the DOA units Initially received from the customer site with production team, QA, Service & R&D.
