• Network performance monitoring using solar winds, Nagios tools.• Troubleshooting Network switches & Network connectivity using ping, tracert and telnet.• Tracking Health status report & configuration of all Router devices on daily basis• Checking the PRI port status for VoIP phones. • Web Server & website monitoring.• Internet Connectivity and Bandwidth Monitoring. Detection, diagnoses, and problem correction to minimize impacts on application infrastructure performance, availability, and end-user experience.• Experienced with Network node management (NNM) tool.• Responds to telephone calls, emails, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users; Assign work orders / incidents to appropriate support teams and follow up until closure• Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution• Managing of Entire Network through HP NNM.• Responsible for completeness of trouble ticket information and generate uptime reports and statistics.• Working on Nagios and Cacti, Monitor Dashboard for multiple clients, at a given SLA.• Checking the status of ports of Switches.• Escalation if there is any high utilization of Bandwidth.• Ticket Creation, Prioritizing and assignment.• Generating reports for multiple clients.
