Project Description:▪ Project involves testing of Printer’s Web User Interface as well as Local User Interface. WebUI can be accessible from any location within their secure network.▪ The Software Design & Development Projects for Discovery works on design, development and integration of various software modules like Copy, Print, Scan export, Internet Fax, Server Fax, Software Upgrade, Diagnostics, NVM manager.Roles and Responsibilities:• Designation role as Test Engineer in HCLTech and having 4 years of experience in Software Testing.• Analyze the scenarios which can be automated and scenarios which can be manually performed.• Prepare test scenarios for the user stories/acceptance criteria.• Performed Cross browser testing for browsers like Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge and IE.• Report defects using JIRA & IBM Clear Quest. And generate defect summary reports of it.• Responsible for Test Plan and Test Strategy creation.• Responsible for Requirement Mapping & Analyzing, Test Procedures and Test Case creation. Also, creating Test data whenever required.• Responsible for review Test Plan, Test Strategy and Test Cases internally.• Responsible for to do defect tracker management such as raiser, verifier, review and approve.• Responsible for Managing Team such as Conducting meetings, Assigning Tasks, and Preparing Daily Status Report of the team to support Leads and Managers.• Providing trainings to new joiners on Process and Tools used in the project.• Responsible for Test Environment Setup and Test Infrastructure Development for Manual Testing.• Ability to work collaboratively with Team Members, Developers, Testers and Product Owners in testing complex projects in order to resolve the problems.• Interacting with onsite coordinator on Requirement Analysis to develop test cases.• Involved in weekly status meeting with customer.
