Project Description:▪ Project involves testing of Printer’s Web User Interface as well as Local User Interface. WebUI can be accessible from any location within their secure network.▪ The Software Design & Development Projects for Discovery works on design, development and integration of various software modules like Copy, Print, Scan export, Internet Fax, Server Fax, Software Upgrade, Diagnostics, NVM manager.Roles and Responsibilities:• Designation role as Test Engineer in HCLTech and having 4 years of experience in Software Testing.• Analyze the scenarios which can be automated and scenarios which can be manually performed.• Prepare test scenarios for the user stories/acceptance criteria.• Performed Cross browser testing for browsers like Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge and IE.• Report defects using JIRA & IBM Clear Quest. And generate defect summary reports of it.• Responsible for Test Plan and Test Strategy creation.• Responsible for Requirement Mapping & Analyzing, Test Procedures and Test Case creation. Also, creating Test data whenever required.• Responsible for review Test Plan, Test Strategy and Test Cases internally.• Responsible for to do defect tracker management such as raiser, verifier, review and approve.• Responsible for Managing Team such as Conducting meetings, Assigning Tasks, and Preparing Daily Status Report of the team to support Leads and Managers.• Providing trainings to new joiners on Process and Tools used in the project.• Responsible for Test Environment Setup and Test Infrastructure Development for Manual Testing.• Ability to work collaboratively with Team Members, Developers, Testers and Product Owners in testing complex projects in order to resolve the problems.• Interacting with onsite coordinator on Requirement Analysis to develop test cases.• Involved in weekly status meeting with customer.

Project Description:▪ This project deals with Software Development and Testing like Functional, Product Feature, Networking, Authorization, Certification and File System Security Testing related to Xerox MFPs. These MFPs support various features like Copy, Print and Digital Sending Jobs such as Fax (I-Fax, LAN FAX & Analog Fax), Email, Workflow and Send to Folder jobs.Roles and Responsibilities:• Designation role as Associate Executive in HCL Technology Ltd (Payroll - Forte Solutions Pvt Ltd) and having 1.3 years of experience in Software QA Manual Testing.• Responsible for analyzing Specification Document shared by the client to gain knowledge on the features and verified the same on the release firmware’s (Software Builds).• Involved in System, Regression, Re-test, Sanity, Smoke, ad-hoc and performance testing of the respective products.• Involved in Certification Testing for printers (i.e. AirPrint, BCT & Mopria).• Analyzing the Requirements of the new systems or newly implemented features of the existing systems. Execute the test cases and update the status of it.• Raising defects and verifying the resolved defects in the latest s/w builds through the Jira tool.• Upgrading the device by different upgrading methods such as Alt-Boot, Web UI, Forced Upgrade, Upgrade through LPR command, SWUP tool, etc.• Installing the different Drivers for Printers using different OS and testing all the features of printer.
