I have over two years of experience in this role, having joined as a Management Trainee HR in December 2021. Before that, I interned at Blue Dart Aviation, where I gained exposure to the aviation industry and its HR practices. I have a Master of Social Work degree from Madras School of Social Work, with a specialization in Human Resources Management. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce (Professional Accounting) degree from Karpagam Academy of Higher Education. I have developed skills in industrial relations, employee relations, labor laws, grievance handling, performance management, and employee engagement.
