To setup back-end operations and expansion framework for Laundry service for gurgoan Operations. To set and follow SOP and Operational requirements for the laundry operations. Responsible for profitability of laundry operations in the territory. Responsible for customer relationship management with key customers which include leading hotels, builders, associations etc. To supervise overall city operations which include – laundry, retail, customer service and business development. Will have to setup laundry operations in Hyderabad and other cities. Will have to set SOP and other standards for the laundry. Will have to decide machinery and optimize capacity. Involved in hiring, training and managing the team of workers for the unit. Setup laundry pick and delivery kiosks for the cluster. Plan and co-ordinate logistics and scheduling. Responsible for Quality of laundry operations, timely delivery and service. Responsible for meeting operational targets in terms of capacity utilization, cost, efficiency and quality. Will have to train and guide the marketing and sales team to achieve sales targets. Will have to work with the retail team to ensure customer satisfaction is of highest levels.

Supervises staffing levels to ensure that operational needs and financial objectives are met.  Making and controlling the Budgets for laundry operations. Orders cleaning supplies, uniforms and linen within the budget.  Supervises daily Laundry shift operations and ensures compliance with all policies, standards and procedures.  Ensures consistent workflow to minimize peaks and valleys in production.  Check all linen for stains and damage and report in case damaged.
