Electro deposition of Iron-Phosphorus composite coating with co-dispersion of boron carbide and Diamond nano particles and analyzing its properties to improve both corrosion and wear resistance using XRF,SEM, Optical Microscopy and Vickers Hardness test and XRD techniques. The Solution was electrochemically characterized by Cyclic Voltammetry and Linear scan Voltammetry. Main applications of the coating was for use in off-shore pipelines to replace the existing chromium coatings which had adverse effect on human health.
