Synthesis and fabrication of ceramic based Magnetic materials for automotive sectors and the prepared materials tested with the help of magnetometers and B-H loop TracerMetallurgical Microscope: Handling and having strong knowledge on micro structural analysis of Ceramic magnets and Iron Based soft magnetic alloys like Electrical Steel. Apart from Micro structural analysis, also concentrated on density measurement and its size effect.Heat treatment of Electrical Steel and Ceramic Magnets: To enhance the Magnetic Properties of prepared alloys, Samples were heat treated at various annealing & sintering temperatures for optimization.Failure analysis of Materials: Handling the failure analysis of materials like Iron based soft and hard magnetic alloys of various applications like Automotive and Electronics. Using and having good knowledge on characterization techniques like Optical microscope, Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Energy dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy (EDX) and X-Ray diffraction (XRD).Process enhancement: Many modifications is being done in different parameters like composition of raw materials, Calcination temperature for phase optimization, particle size control and sintering to improve the quality and quantity of final sintered magnets. Effect of jet milled powders for particle size distribution and its influence on magnetic properties of Iron based alloys Optimization of Sintering conditions for better high density sintered strontium hexaferrite Magnets and Fe-P-Si system Idea given to increase the magnetic properties without adding any dopants to reduce the final cost of the material
