Responsible for operations strategy planning, execution and metrics such as quality, cost, productivity, safety and morale at the service centres. Spearheaded handling 400,000 sq.ft across 5 states of south region spreaded in 8 locations with a team of 20 direct and 200+ indirect employees comprising of warehouse supervisors and team leaders. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualizing & implementing plans/strategies to facilitate smooth operations. Planning, scoping, estimating, tracking & implementing plans within preset budgets. Identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain and suggest improvements or resolutions to problems in the warehouse and also carry out data analysis & suggest plans based on the data analysis to control cost and improve service level. Significant Achievements: Strategized & implemented Activity Based Costing approach for efficient contracting of CFA operated chep warehouses, reducing operational cost by 6% (10 million/year) & reducing liability to organization w.r.t compliances & safety. Realized recurring annual saving of 2 million from plant equipment's re-engineering and automation in warehouse establishing proof of concept with external customer, improving damage profile of equipment's in pallets. Maintained and improved the stock accuracy level from 95% to 99% across all south SC's. Thereby ensuring smooth operations by controlling a total outward/distribution worth of 2 billion / year. Identified & eliminated process redundancies using value stream mapping for south level operations in warehouse shifting & logistics process, which resulted in generating annual savings of 1 million/ year.

Significant Achievements: Automated the processing of CFA invoices, reducing payment cycle time by 40% which results in a saving of 2.5 million annually. Developed and automated the KPI reports of 3PL performance evaluation which results in improving the performances from 80 % to 96%. Building solution to enable warehouse process automation (FDE & EMS) by connecting drivers, FL operator and supervisors etc with estimated delivery lead time reduction by 40 min/day which has led to an saving of 2 million annually. Spearheaded implementation of automated live system such as SAP, SARAH, ESP & TMS across north regions.
