- Oversee all elements of construction and work with the project manager and team to deliver on time to budget. - Coordination of all on site resources including trades, suppliers and client contractors - Great communicator to manage site related progress; issues and escalation procedures to relevant parties - Consult with clients, building professionals, local councils and architects - Estimate the number of workers, types of machinery and materials required - Estimate prices and put in tenders for jobs - Plan building programmes and co-ordinate supplies of materials and machinery - Hire workers and apprentices and liaise with subcontractors - Plan, establish and monitor health and safety systems - Establish and implement traffic management and environmental plans -Work with quantity surveyors to ensure costs are kept within budget

• Handle all the administrative works.• Coordinate and day-to-day supervision with supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates.• To ensure adequate planning ahead of mobilization and scheduling required for the project• To liaise with the Consultants or their representative on construction drawings and technical issues.• To coordinate and carryout setting out and levelling with the license surveys.• Prepare the request for inspection (RFI) and checklist in accordance to approved inspection.• Technical procedure prior to commence of work• Analyze the information and evaluating results to choose the best solution.• Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations• Maintaining quality standards for all structural works• Familiarize with the company safety’s safety, health and environment management system and ensure its effective application.• Ensure good housekeeping in practiced on site• Ensure that environmental, health and safety is planned into all operations.• Review all working methods and process, both new and exciting to see that all environmental, health and safety are met.• Strictly adhere to all WSH regulations and any other legal requirements in his/her performance of work duties on the project site.• Comply and adhere with the HSE Management System and carry out all required / relevant requirements stated within the management system.• Adopt and use the relevant quality records stated in the HSE management system to conduct checks / inspections and record keeping, and submit such quality records to the site WSH personnel.• Take instruction from the PM on all HSE matters on the project site.• Liaise closely and consults with the site WSH personnel on the required HSE requirements prior to commencement of all works on the project site.• Provide advice to site WSH personnel and all other relevant project personnel of the operational requirements of work to be performed.
